Pricing guide
The pricing for manuscript editing is based on comprehensive proofreading and editing of manuscripts with standard turnaround times as described in the services section. If you require a faster turnaround time contact me with your request.
Pricing for other document editing is based on complexity, word count and required turnaround time. Contact me with the details and I will provide an accurate quote for comprehensive proofreading and editing of other scientific documents.
Pricing for Manuscript Editing
Proofreading and editing are charged at €0.12 per word (references are not included in the total word count). The minimum price is €60 per 500 words of text.
The price includes:
- The edited manuscript in Microsoft Word showing all of the revisions made to the text.
- The edited cover letter (if submitted for editing).
This pricing is applicable with the standard turnaround time of 5–7 business days for orders up to 6000 words, and 7–10 business days for orders ranging 6000–12000 words. For documents exceeding 12000 words contact me for a quote.
- Faster turnaround times may be arranged on request for an additional fee.
- An administrative fee of €30 is charged per manuscript to cover all processing costs.
- A 15% discount is available on proofreading and editing from the fifth assignment.
